Japanese election is unbelievable.
Deposit is very expensive
Candidate have to deposit about 30,000 USD for election.
It is the most expensive among the world.
That deposit will be refunded if candidate get more that 10% votes.
Otherwise candidate will lose the deposit.
So it is very hard to be candidate for common people.
