They sometimes try to control their team members.
With using strong word and physical punishment, they control team members.
It seems like "mind control" or "dictatorship".
Sometimes incident happens
In 2018, dangerous foul happened in american football match.
The incident was focused on media.
The related people said that the foul player was under the mind-control.
College-Football-Association accepted the opinion.
Then the manager and the coach were banished from football.
